2003 325 I Fuel Filter Location. On later cars, the fuel filter is located beneath the center of the car, approximately under the driver's seat. Is it possible to put the fuel filter in wrong?

Fellas, I just changed my fuel filters. This product belongs to Home , and you can find similar products at All Categories , Automobiles & Motorcycles , Auto Replacement Parts , Automobiles Filters , Fuel Filters. According to Bentley's the fuel filter is 'lifetime' and integrated into the LEFT SIDE FUEL LEVEL INDICATOR.

Is it possible to put the fuel filter in wrong? The filter is located just before the turbo and is below the air intake for the turbo I think, it will have to pipes connected to it and looks like a rather large can. Does anyone know where the fuel filter is located?
